The free toiletries provided added a luxurious touch, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. The staff's attention to detail and exceptional service truly made this experience outstanding. The convenient location near charming restaurants and cafes allowed for delightful evenings strolling by the lake. I can't wait to return to this hidden gem in the Balkans!
